Is your website secure?
Any personal information given to Clotho Productions LLC online store through Tshirtnetworks.com will be protected. Any Personally Identifiable Information will not be disclosed to any third parties. Any Clotho Productions LLC online store server will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process.

In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, Clotho Productions LLC online store does not store your credit card information unless you request us to do so for your convenience. Any credit card you wish to be stored will be stored at Authoize.net under full PCI compliance.

To assist you in recognizing secure areas of the Clotho Productions LLC online store website, a small lock icon will appear in your browser. When this icon is present, and in the locked position, you know that information on that page will be secured.

Added online security to protect your personal information from unauthorized use is provided by using advanced SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards, and Paypal. Sorry, at this time we do not accept American Express.

How do I track my order?
To track your order you must first be logged in to your Clotho Productions LLC online store account. Once you are logged in, you can go to your account page to view your order history. Once there, simply click on the "View Order" link to view order status. If your order has shipped, you will see a tracking link that will allow you to track your package. Tracking results can take 24 hours to update from the time of shipment. You can also track the shipment of your package by clicking on the tracking link that was included in your order shipment confirmation email.

How do I use a referral or discount code?
If you have a discount code, you can enter it during the first step of the checkout process. Once you enter the code, click the "Apply Discount" button to receive your discount.

Can I combine orders?
Unfortunately we're unable to combine orders placed separately. Each order placed will be sent separately.

Can I make changes to my order after it has already been placed?
Once an order is submitted through our website, it is usually not possible to make changes to the order. We do our best to pull and ship orders as quickly as possible which makes these types of changes very difficult. You can always contact us at sales@tshirtnetworks.com to request a change to your order, and we will see if we can catch it before it ships.

How do I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, simply email sales@tshirtnetworks.com to request the cancellation of your order. Please be sure to include the ORDER # in either the subject line or body of your email. If your order has already shipped, you will be given instructions on how to return the order to us. Once we receive your order back to our warehouse, your credit card will be refunded less the original shipping charges.

Can I change the information on my tshirtnetworks.com/Clotho Productions LLC online store account?
You sure can. To make any changes to your account just log in to your Clotho Productions LLC online store account and then go to your "Account" page where you be able modify your information.

What currency is used on the site?
On the North American site all prices are in United States Dollars (USD). We will be bringing up a European site which will support Euros (EUR).

Can I get my order gift-wrapped?
Sorry, we don't offer gift-wrapping at this time.

Why was I charged sales tax?
Since we have operations in California, we're required to collect sales tax for all orders placed in California.

When will my card be charged?
Your card is charged when your order is placed.

Why is there a transaction on my card when my card was declined?
Your card is not charged when it's declined, though it may appear so. When a card is declined, the funds intended for the order are temporarily held by your bank. Since the order was never processed, the money will not be taken from your account. The held funds will automatically disappear after a certain amount of time, usually within just a few days, depending on your bank.

Why are there two charges to my card?
If you only placed one order, there will only be one charge to your card. There may temporarily be two transactions on your card - one is the authorization and one is the charge for your order. The authorization will disappear after just a few days.

Do you accept International orders?
Clotho Productions LLC online store ships from our USA distribution center to: USA, including Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and Mexico. We will be bringing up another site to handle our European customers.

What are my shipping options?
Orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing of orders.
Domestic (US) Orders: If you received a shipping confirmation email, your order has shipped from our warehouse. Check the estimated delivery times for your shipping method:
- Postal  5-8 days. Longer to Hawaii, Alaska and outside the USA.
- Please note that the time frames listed above only apply to the estimated time it will take for your order to arrive FROM THE DATE IT WAS SHIPPED. Please check the processing time estimated in your email confirmation to determine when your order will ship.

Why does my tracking number not work?
In most cases, that means your order was just shipped. Tracking numbers can take up to 72 hours to be updated. Check back in 24 hours and the information should be updated.

How does Postal shipping work?
We use Mail Innovations for the Domestic Postal option. Mail Innovations is a service provided by UPS. UPS picks up your order from our warehouse, sorts it, applies the necessary postage, and hands it off to your local post office.

Most postal shipments take 5-8 days to arrive. However if there are any local office delays, routing issues, or bad weather, it may take up to 20 days. If your order doesn't arrive within three weeks from the ship date, email us.

How much will shipping cost me?

Can I track my shipment?

How do I know what size I wear?
- Our Ladies T-shirt size spec is nearly identical to the fit of American Apparel Ladies T-shirts.

L- 27 x 18.5
XL- 28 x 19.5

Men's T-shirt Sizes:
S- 28 x 18

XS- 26 x 16.5

What are the washing instructions?
The instructions are as follows:

Machine wash cold. Wash dark colors separately. Use non-chlorine bleach only if needed. Tumble dry low. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean if decorated.

If the tee was printed using specialty inks- Glow in the Dark, Foil, Felt, etc, washing inside out helps preserve the ink.

The tees are primarily 100% cotton tee shirts so expect some shrinkage. To lessen this, try hang drying your tees.

What is your return policy?

For all CUSTOMIZED orders (this includes custom photo t-shirts):
Since each item is customized to your specifications and made to order, all sales are final. Items can not be returned or exchanged.

For all NON CUSTOMIZED Purchases:
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your order within 120 days from the date of purchase, simply send an email to  sales@tshirtnetworks.com and request a return authorization number. In the email please include your order number found on your packing slip or in the order confirmation email received when the order was placed. All returned products must be unworn and unwashed (no exceptions). Exchanges must be made for shirts of equal or lessor value. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error on the part of Clotho Productions LLC online store.

Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to a mistake on our part (ie. we shipped you the wrong shirt or the shirt has a defect), we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs as long as you use a standard shipping method. If you are returning a shirt because you are not happy with it or want to exchange it for a different shirt, then you are responsible for the shipping costs.

Before you ship anything back to us, please email sales@tshirtnetworks.com first so we can provide you with complete return instructions. Also, make sure you include your order # in the email.

How long does it take for my return to be processed?
Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to process your return.

Why has no one has responded to my emails to Customer Service?
Most likely we've received your email and have responded. Some email providers mark our emails as spam or completely block them. Check your spam folder to see if our response is there. It may also be a good idea to add  sales@tshirtnetworks.com to your contacts so future emails are not blocked.

Can I cancel my account?
Certainly. Login and go to your account page. Scroll to the very bottom of the page to find the 'Cancel Your Account' option. We'll be sad to see you go!
